Bobst took shares in the Schiavi company already since 1987 and since 2006 the Schaivi company was fully integrated in the Bobst company and is no longer producing flexographic printers under it's old name. But the Schiavi brand is still highly appreciated in the industry as a producer of reliable and high quality machines.
