DESCRIPTION

The Bobst M6 is a high-performance flexographic printing press designed for the printing of a wide range of flexible packaging and label materials. Manufactured by Bobst, a well-established supplier of printing and converting equipment, the M6 series is known for its modern gearless press technology and versatility in demanding printing applications.

This Bobst M6, built in 2018, is a 9-colour flexographic printing press with a maximum web width of 670 mm and a maximum printing width of 660 mm. The machine has a printing repeat range from 254 to 609.6 mm and a maximum mechanical speed of 200 m/min. The gearless configuration provides electronically controlled printing units.

The press is equipped for UV printing. On station 9, water-based inks can also be used. The Bobst M6 can process various materials, including self-adhesive stock, paper, PET, BOPP, PVC, PET shrink film, aluminium foil, laminates and light cardboard.

Both the unwind and rewind sections feature automatic turret systems with shafted reels and a maximum reel diameter of 1,000 mm. Drying is provided by a GEW UV curing system with e2C 180 W/cm lamps.

Additional equipment includes BST web guiding, an AVT 100% inspection system, a Mero corona treater and a mounting device. The machine is supplied with 16 anilox rolls and 172 sleeves. This used Bobst M6 is currently available for sale and can be seen in production.
