Ultrasonic cleaning is a combination of ultrasound waves and a cleaning agent used to wash the roller. The anilox roll rotates in the heated chemical solution . Ultrasound waves activate a cavitation process, forming gas bubbles whose implosion on contact with the anilox surface releases pressure and temperature that help dissolve and destroy contamination in anilox cells. This particular anilox cleaner was intended to use for cleaning aniloxes of Soloflex printing machine but was in practice never used.
