Guowei started around 25 years ago as a Chinese manufacturer of slitter-rewinders for paper. During the years they developped also cutting equipment for other ranges such as paper sheet , plastic sheet ,Foil , honeycomb board, cardboard, carbon fiber laminate, leather, glassine and packing sheets. Due to changing market circumstances Guowei had to make the decisions to sell this recently manufactured machine.
