PRINTVISION JUPITER is an automatic defect detection system for printing processes.
It uses high-resolution cameras to inspect wide-web, high-speed rotary printing in real time. The system continuously compares 100% of the printed material with a master reference and immediately detects defects such as color variations, misregistration, streaks, spots, print failures, wrinkles, and contour distortions.
Defects are automatically located, identified, and reported through visual and acoustic alarms, enabling immediate in-line correction.
