The Codimag VIVA420 is a highly versatile narrow web printing press designed for the production of high-quality self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging materials. Combining offset and flexographic printing technologies within one platform, the VIVA series is well known in the label and packaging industry for its flexibility, print quality, and efficient production capabilities. The hybrid configuration allows converters to benefit from the sharp image quality of offset printing together with the adaptability of flexo units for coatings, varnishes, and special applications.
This particular VIVA420 is equipped with 8 printing units, including 6 offset units and 2 flexo units positioned on stations 1 and 8. The machine offers a maximum web width and printing width of 420 mm and supports printing repeats from 200 to 432 mm. UV drying technology with IST-MBS6 systems ensures reliable curing performance at high production speeds while maintaining excellent print consistency.
Additional features such as web guiding, BST Promark video inspection, corona treatment, inline slitting, web cleaning, inserter, and die cutting make this press suitable for a wide range of label and packaging applications.
