The Bobst 20 Six is a high-performance, gearless flexographic printing press designed for the production of high-quality flexible packaging. Its fully servo-driven (gearless) technology ensures exceptional print registration, fast job changeovers, reduced maintenance, and consistent print quality across a wide range of applications.

The press operates with solvent-based inks and is capable of printing on a broad variety of flexible substrates, including PE, OPP, CPP, PA, PET, and paper, making it suitable for numerous packaging applications.The machine is equipped with an AFS Single Side 6 kW Corona Treater, providing excellent surface treatment for improved ink adhesion and print quality. It also includes 45 intermediate cylinders in five different repeat sizes, offering outstanding flexibility for various print formats and production requirements. Additional equipment includes a basic trolley for efficient handling of printing components and a high-pressure CO₂ cleaning system, enabling fast and effective cleaning of the printing decks while minimizing downtime and maintaining optimum print performance.
