BESCHREIBUNG

The Mark Andy P7 is a well-known flexographic printing press designed to deliver consistent, high-quality results in narrow-web production environments. Mark Andy has long been recognized as a global leader in flexographic technology, offering reliable, operator-friendly machines suited for label and packaging applications. The P7 series is part of the company’s performance line, developed to provide printers with versatility, stability and efficient workflow management.

This 2010 Mark Andy P7 features a gearless configuration, which allows for smooth operation, faster job changes and reduced mechanical wear. It is equipped with an 8-colour UV printing system, complemented by an additional solvent varnish unit, making it suitable for a wide range of decorative and protective print requirements. With a maximum web width of 430 mm and a printing repeat range of 180–430 mm, the machine offers flexibility for different job formats.

Key functional components such as UV drying, web guiding, a video camera for print monitoring and a corona treater contribute to stable production and consistent print quality. The press is configured with single unwind and single rewind units for straightforward operation. A mounting device is available and can be included for an additional cost, supporting an efficient prepress process.
